Vice President, Portfolio Remarketing
Frederick Dibble’s career encompasses forty years of broad experience in the commercial aviation sector, including aircraft design and engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing of regional commercial aircraft. For much of his career, he has also been engaged in the aircraft leasing sector in areas including portfolio management, remarketing, brokerage and leasing of regional airliners and cargo aircraft for investors, banks and airlines. He is based in Jetstream’s Washington, D.C. office.
He was most recently with C&L Aerospace Group as Senior Vice President, Business Development. In that capacity Frederick was involved in sales of aircraft and MRO services to clients worldwide. Previously, he was a principal of MCC Aviation Services, where he led brokerage, management, and advisory services to regional aircraft clients. At MCC, he also provided consulting services to major accounting firms dealing with aircraft and equipment valuations during financial restructurings. Before forming MCC Aviation Services, Fred had held the position of Senior Vice President of Aircraft Sales and Marketing for MCC Financial Corporation.
Early in his career, he was involved in the design, production, and marketing of two of the industry’s leading regional airliners: the 19-seat Swearingen/Fairchild Metro and the 30-60 seat Saab 340/2000 series. Fred is a longtime member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Traders (ISTAT) and has also been active in the US Regional Airline Association Associate Member Council and is the past Chairman of the United States Transportation Research Board Committee for Light Commercial and Regional Aircraft.
Fred earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Kansas. He holds an FAA Private Pilot’s license.
